The 2022 edition of the SIDs will take place in Budapest from 5 to 8 December

The SESAR Innovation Days (SIDs) are the main forum for dissemination of the SESAR 2022 Exploratory Research results, and for interaction with the wider ATM research community and industry representatives. This year, this landmark event will take place from 5th to 8th December in Budapest, coinciding with the closure of several SESAR 2020 research projects.

The SIMBAD project team will participate with three different presentations:

  • Raquel Sánchez (Nommon) will explain the methodology developed for the identification of traffic patterns and selection of representative traffic samples for the assessment of ATM performance problems.

  • Raquel Sánchez will also explain the R-NEST active learning metamodels developed by SIMBAD in collaboration with the NOSTROMO project.

  • George Vouros (UPRC) will explain the data-driven methods for the estimation of hidden variables related to airspace users developed in the project.
